Kathy is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators. Kathy has been married for almost 35 years to her husband Bryan. They have three children, two of whom live in Cincinnati and one who she is trying to get back from Arkansas. Her free time is spent with her family and friends. |
Donna ChristensenClient Relations Manager/Marketing Coordinator
Donna has been married for 38 years and enjoys visiting her daughters and their spouses that live on the west coast and in the south. For stress free time, pilates, reading, gardening and traveling are high on her list of things to do. Donna also serves on the Advisory Council for the Assistance League of Greater Cincinnati. This non-profit all volunteer organization is dedicated to meeting critical needs of children and adults by identifying, developing, implementing and funding ongoing community programs. Kathy joined the firm in August 2011. She has general responsibility for financial, personnel, systems and facilities management. She will also contribute to the strategic planning, marketing and cost-effectiveness throughout our organization.
Kathy has been in the legal profession for 26 years, 20 years of which have been with Ritter & Randolph, LLC. She works in litigation, real estate and probate areas of law. She received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kathy has been married for 40 years and she and her husband are empty nesters. They have three adult children, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Kathy loves tending her gardens, cooking and visiting her family.
Amy assists in accounts payable and accounts receivable for the law firm and the title agency. Amy was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, attended Miami University, and currently lives in Cheviot. She is married and has two young children. Amy enjoys reading and family activities.
Jennifer is a paralegal concentrating her work in the areas of probate, taxation, real estate and estate planning. She has been with Ritter & Randolph, LLC since February 2000. She earned her B.A. in History and received a Paralegal Certificate while attending the University of Cincinnati. She has been working as a paralegal since 1997. Prior to attending college, she was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. Jennifer is married and has one son. She resides in Loveland, Ohio where her family is able to enjoy the Loveland Bike Trail and Little Miami River. She also enjoys music, movies, dining out, playing games and traveling with her family.
Judy joined the paralegal staff at Ritter & Randolph, LLC on October 1, 2008. She has an Associates Degree from the University College at The University of Cincinnati and has spent many years as a legal assistant. Singing is one of her passions. She is currently in her 34th year as a member of the Cincinnati May Festival Chorus. She also enjoys reading, exercise, and traveling with her husband and two sons.
Shawnise is Ritter & Randolph’s receptionist and has worked for the firm for ten years. She has two adult children and one granddaughter that keep her quite busy. She is very active in the community and serves on several committees throughout the Cincinnati region. She is on the Development Committee for St. Aloysius Orphanage and serves as the Youth Advisor for the New Vision Missionary Baptist Church.
Angela is a probate paralegal with Ritter & Randolph, LLC and has been with the firm since December 2005. Angela is married and has two children. In addition to her full time job at the office, she is a part-time student at The College of Mount St. Joseph where she is completing her B.A. in Paralegal Studies/Political Science. She already possesses an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from The College of Mount St. Joseph, which she received in 2001. Angela enjoys reading, traveling and fun activities with her children.
Mara came to Ritter & Randolph, LLC in August 2000. She is a legal assistant to Mary Ann Jacobs, Esq. Mara earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Cincinnati State College and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Criminal Justice option) at the University of Cincinnati. Mara has a seven-year-old son and enjoys long walks for leisure.
After 15 years of being Mary Ann's full time legal assistant, Patti is now working on a part time basis so that she can spend quality time with her husband and grandchildren. She and her husband Chuck raised and bred Arabian Horses on a small farm on the west side of Cincinnati for a number of years. The two of them moved to a larger farm in Connersville, Indiana, where Patti enjoys gardening and the peace of the countryside. She has two sons and two grandsons. She and her family are very active and support the children’s sports and extra curricular activities.
Sandy is a probate paralegal at Ritter & Randolph, LLC, having joined the firm in 2003. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and grew up in Oakland, California. She graduated from California State University, Hayward, in 1982 with a B.A. in English.
Sandy is a member of St. Bartholomew Church. She has recently remarried and has two adult sons and a stepson. Sandy enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Missy has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University College at the University of Cincinnati and has lived on the Westside all her life. Missy is married and has an energetic three year old son. For leisure, Missy likes to take long walks and enjoys watching movies. She is a legal assistant to Carey K. Steffen, Esq., Mollie T. Stegman, Esq., Kyle D. Murray, Esq., and Jill D. Fedders, Esq.
