Donna started with the firm in 2000 and is a legal assistant to Daniel P. Randolph, Esq. and Marc A. Randolph, Esq. She is also the editor of the firm's email newsletter and writes a newsletter for Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. Donna manages our website and assisted with its text and design. In addition, she handles client relations, news items, firm events, and coordinates the marketing for the firm and title agency. Donna has been married for 36 years and feels her greatest accomplishment is rearing two terrific daughters. She enjoys pilates, reading, gardening and traveling. Donna is a Board of Trustee and Secretary for Heart to Heart, which is a non-profit volunteer organization that assists abused women and children, as they leave the YWCA shelter by providing women's sets, starting over sets, cleaning sets and children's sets so they can begin life anew.

She received her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kathy has been married for 37 years and she and her husband are empty nesters. They have three adult children, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Kathy loves tending her gardens, cooking and visiting her family.

Amy also assists Cambridge Land Title Agency in entering data, helping with orders and title searches, and other pre-closing duties. Amy was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, attended Miami University, and currently lives in Cheviot. She is married and has two young children. Amy enjoys reading and family activities.

Jennifer is a paralegal concentrating her work in the areas of probate, taxation, real estate and estate planning. She has been with Ritter & Randolph, LLC since February 2000. She earned her B.A. in History and received a Paralegal Certificate while attending the University of Cincinnati. She has been working as a paralegal since 1997. Prior to attending college, she was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware. Jennifer is married and has one son. She resides in Loveland, Ohio where her family is able to enjoy the Loveland Bike Trail and Little Miami River. She also enjoys music, movies, dining out, playing games and traveling with her family.

Stephanie Hite is the new legal assistant to Carey Steffen, Esq., Kyle Murray, Esq., Mollie Stegman, Esq., Janaya Trotter, Esq. and Tracye Hill, Esq. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, but spent a number of years living in New York City. Stephanie's main hobbies and interests include visiting art museums around the country. After living in New York City for many years, she developed a deep love of the arts. Her favorite museums are the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the Guggenheim Museum, with it's unique architecture and variety of galleries, and the Museum of Modern Art, which introduces collections of both established and new artists. Some of her favorite artists are Pollock, Monet, Degas and the Rodin and Remington bronzes. Stephanie also enjoys the offerings at the Cincinnati Art Museum.
Another hobby is the study and observation of hummingbirds. She finds the "attitude" of the tiny birds fascinating, for such a small bird they have a real competitive spirit and great interaction. She has several feeders in her yard and looks forward to welcoming the "hummers" back each summer. She also loves gardening - especially roses. A favorite indoor passion is shopping with her sister. Over the years they have become great bargain hunters and like everything from scouring yard sales to visiting local shops when traveling. She is active in her church with the RCIA program and is an Eucharistic Minister. Stephanie also belongs to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, which focuses on devotion to family and country.

She is currently in her 32nd year as a member of the Cincinnati May Festival Chorus. She also enjoys reading, exercise, and traveling with her husband and two sons.

She has been employed by the firm for six years. She also worked as a paralegal in Scottsdale, Arizona for five years and has had 15 years experience as a paralegal in southwestern Ohio. Belinda earned an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Lambson Junior College, Phoenix, Arizona in 1989. She has been married for 27 years and has three adult sons. Belinda loves taking walks in the spring and fall when the weather is to her liking.

Julie hails from Michigan, but has lived in Cincinnati for 12 years. Her proudest accomplishment is graduating from the University of Cincinnati with an MBA in 2008. Julie has been the Financial Operations Manager for 6-1/2 years for Ritter & Randolph, LLC and Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. Julie is the principal chair cellist in the Cincinnati Community Orchestra, and also plays the piano and clarinet. In addition, she teaches private cello lessons and enjoys running and spinning. She has a 8-year-old daughter and two-step children, who are young adults.

After 14 years of being Mary Ann's full time legal assistant, Patti is now working on a part time basis so that she can spend quality time with her husband and grandchildren. She and her husband Chuck raised and bred Arabian Horses on a small farm on the west side of Cincinnati for a number of years. The two of them moved to a larger farm in Connersville, Indiana, where Patti enjoys gardening and the peace of the countryside. She has two sons and two grandsons. She and her family are very active and support the children’s sports and extra curricular activities.
