Laurie BedfordLaurie was born in Cincinnati, grew up in the College Hill area, and currently resides in Mariemont. While attending Northern Kentucky University, Laurie studied Criminal Justice. Before coming to Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. in March 2009, Laurie worked for five years in the Hamilton County Recorder’s Office. Laurie belongs to Crossroads Church and has made many friends through her affiliation with them. Laurie is a vegetarian and likes to live a healthy lifestyle through walking and other forms of exercise. She also enjoys trying new restaurants, decorating, reading, and has a real love for dogs, especially the “Bouvier Des Flanders”.

Mary Jane CassinMary Jane Cassin has been a title examiner for the title agency since 2000. To be a title examiner, you must be a very detailed person and accuracy is a must in title searches. Her work entails long days at the Court House searching for records of ownership history, checking for liens, probate issues, and civil actions of record. Mary Jane has four children and two grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family. Mary Jane also likes to work out and play tennis when time permits.

Amy HamiltonAmy assists in accounts payable and accounts receivable for the law firm and the title agency.  Amy also assists Cambridge Land Title Agency in entering data, helping with orders and title searches, and other pre-closing duties.  Amy was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, attended Miami University, and currently lives in Cheviot.  She is married and has two young children.  Amy enjoys reading and family activities.

Cathy LaubensteinCathy Laubenstein has been with Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. for a little over 10 years. Cathy’s job is very important as she performs all disbursements post closing and helps resolve any issues that may arise once the closing has been completed. Cathy is married and has an adult son and a young stepson and recently became a grandmother to a beautiful baby girl.

Julie PuntenneyJulie hails from Michigan, but has lived in Cincinnati for 12 years. Her proudest accomplishment is graduating from the University of Cincinnati with an MBA in 2008. Julie has been the Financial Operations Manager for 5-1/2 years for Ritter & Randolph, LLC and Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. Julie is the principal chair cellist in the Cincinnati Community Orchestra, and also plays the piano and clarinet. In addition, she teaches private cello lessons and enjoys running and spinning. She has a 7-year-old daughter and two-step children, who are young adults.

Stacy ReedStacy has been with Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. for approximately 7 years. If you purchase a home or refinance through our in-house title agency, Stacy’s job is to prepare settlement statements and closing documents for the various lenders we work with throughout the city. Stacy can answer most questions that lenders, borrowers, sellers and realtors ask regarding figures and title issues relative to your loan. Stacy is a very service oriented person who feels that answering questions or supplying information regarding what is needed for your closing makes for a smooth transaction for all parties concerned. First time homebuyers especially like Stacy’s knack for making them feel less overwhelmed. When Stacy is not in the office processing loans, she loves to read, crochet and work puzzles. Stacy has four sons, two dogs and two birds.

Barb RitschBarb started working for the title agency in spring 2009, but has worked in the title industry for seven plus years. As Pre-Closing Coordinator, when orders for loan processing come in, Barb checks the paperwork to see if there are any problems that may delay the loan process, orders title exams, and any other documents necessary to bring the closing about, and contacts the borrower and lender to set a closing date once all paperwork is cleared for closing. Barb takes great pride in getting the orders in as quickly as possible to assist lenders and borrowers with a good closing. Barb’s duties also include preparing and/or obtaining subordination agreements, typing title letters, and troubleshooting items that come across her desk.

Barb has lived in Cincinnati all her life (specifically the west side) and has an 85 lb. lap dog named Buster. In Barb’s free time, she enjoys camping and hiking with her children and grandchildren and attending baseball and football games.

Jill RobbJill Robb is a paralegal that has been employed with Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. for eleven years. She processes loans, prepares title policies and performs closings when needed. She also assists lenders and borrowers with questions and issues that often arise during the loan process. Jill’s calm nature is an asset during the loan process. Jill has been married for 15 years and has two sons, ages 11 and 7. Her hobbies and interests are reading, volleyball, attending her children’s sporting events and volunteering at their school, when time allows.

Kimberly A. VapKim’s work at Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. consists of handling closings, recording real estate documents, preparing first lien letters for mortgages and performs title exams. Kim has been with the title agency for seven years and has a B.A. in History and Political Science from Xavier University. Kim spends a good time out of the office performing closings and is well known by the majority of our lenders. Kim loves to work in her garden, read, and keep up with politics. Kim is married and has one son.
