Stacy has been with Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc. since October 2002. If you purchase a home or refinance through our in-house title agency, Stacy’s job is to prepare settlement statements and closing documents for the various lenders we work with throughout the city. Stacy can answer most questions that lenders, borrowers, sellers and realtors ask regarding figures and title issues relative to your loan. Stacy is a very service oriented person who feels that answering questions or supplying information regarding what is needed for your closing makes for a smooth transaction for all parties concerned. First time homebuyers especially like Stacy’s knack for making them feel less overwhelmed. When Stacy is not in the office processing loans, she loves to read, crochet and work puzzles. Stacy has four sons, two dogs and two birds.
